Can I apply for a Ofili Scholarship if I have not been admitted into the university?
Generally, only applicants who have been admitted into the university or are current undergraduates are eligible to apply. However, Applicants who have met the requirements for admission in an on-going or forthcoming admission process of their university of choice may be considered by the Selection Panel given evidence of high grades in UTME and WAEC/NECO which show good prospect of admission. However, the award of scholarship or disbursement will not be made until offer of admission and resumption to the university.

Applicants should provide standardized test grades in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination or its equivalent in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and other core science subjects.
Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential and have a verifiable track record of volunteering, community service, and a strong perception of personal integrity. Applicants are expected to provide appropriate documentation to verify their underrepresented status,
Applicants must belong to one or more of the following groups: First-generation undergraduate students from low-income families. Orphans, housing-insecure, and displaced children/youths who completed basic education through sheer resilience.
